Summary

In this second webinar - following attendee feedback from our first Smart Node webinar - the Nokia (Femtocell) team will cover more deeply a range of Smart Node use cases and aspects of the business case that underlies each of them. Listen to our experts share their experiences in supporting numerous major customers and customer projects over the past decade. What we want to cover are the main applications of the Femtocell solution, namely: at home, in private enterprises and in public spaces. Based on our field experience, and for each of these applications, we will give an overview of:

  • the deployment strategy

He is passionate about wireless communications having started his career in services as an RF Engineer designing and deploying mobile infrastructure.

His career has concentrated on the evolution and delivery of 3GPP technologies, now focused on providing superior indoor experiences with Femto.

Matthew holds a degree in Computer Systems/Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Auckland University & financial acumen from London Business School.

Steven leads business development for the Nokia Femtocell business in Europe.

He is enthusiastic about wireless communications having starting his career as a RF engineer deploying and optimizing radio networks, then later in services managing day-to-day operations on the mobile infrastructure.

He continued diversely in mobile technology over the following 15 years gradually moving toward product management and sales roles. He is now focused on enabling superior indoor experience for the end-users.  

Steven holds a degree in Telecom Engineering from the Institute Mines-Télécom in France, where he specialised in mobile communications and the marketing of IT.
