Safeguarding rail infrastructure in the quantum era

Summary

Safeguarding rail infrastructure in the quantum era
In a data-driven environment, the communications network serves as the first line of cyber-defense, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability (CIA) of network data. The cybersecurity landscape is evolving, and traditional cryptography may soon face a powerful new adversary—quantum computing. With its unprecedented ability to break widely used encryption methods, quantum technology is reshaping how we protect sensitive data, particularly within rail networks. Cybercriminals are already employing "harvest now, decrypt later" (HNDL) strategies, capturing encrypted data to decrypt once quantum capabilities advance. Join our on-demand webinar to explore cutting-edge strategies for securing rail networks and safeguarding critical data against emerging quantum threats.
