Corinne Cherpantier is Product Line Manager for the Ultra-Broadband Transceiver, the radio pillar of the Nokia Wavence family. She is a veteran of wireless communications with 30 years experience in this industry. She started her engineering career in R&D in the days of GSM, before moving to different roles in Product Management, Product Strategy and Business Support, along with the transition towards new generations of mobile radio. She joined microwave communications 9 years ago as Product Manager in short haul.She resides in France.

Roberto Valtolina is Head of Product Management in the Wireless Transmission Product Unit at Nokia in Vimercate, Italy. Roberto has more than 25 years of experience in microwave He started his Telecommunications career as modem Engineer, in R&D later on, he moved to Product management . He experienced all the different technological waves introduced in the microwave domain, from nxE1 to the recent multi-gigabit transmission at E and D band.

James Ries earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in 1997 from Texas Tech University and is currently a Senior Product Manager in the Wireless Transmission Product Unit at Nokia in Dallas, Texas. James is responsible for the Wavence microwave radio product strategy. In this role, he provides the product definition and requirements to address the North American backhaul market for both carrier and non-carrier customers. James also manages the global product release strategy for the Wavence microwave radio focusing on the development of user facing tools as well as the TSM-8000 Network Management software platform. In his 25 years of communications networks experience, he has held various roles inside Nokia with expertise gained in the areas of communications network software development, optical networks, and network management.
