Before becoming CEO of Deep Green Mark grew multiple businesses from scratch to scale. His current portfolio includes Lifted, a senior care joint venture with British Gas, Altogether, a US-based dental healthcare business and joint venture with GSK, and Secret Source, of Spain-based augmented tech teams. He is an investor in Caldera, a European heat batteries provider, Colibri, an American augmented tech team’s provider, Optect, a flame detection software, New Change FX, a foreign exchange data aggregation provider, and Alt, which has FCA registered fractional ownership. He holds a number of other board positions and previously consulted with a range of FTSE 100s on M&A strategy and innovation. Mark has a Bachelor's in History and Politics from the University of Exeter.

David assumes the responsibility of spearheading the exploration of new business opportunities with cloud service and data centre providers. His responsibilities encompass the execution of market insights, strategic allocation of resources, cultivation of key customer partnerships, and the strengthening of Nokia propositions aligned with customer needs. He also played a pivotal role in executing strategies to expand Nokia's business through EU public funding opportunities, including participation in CEF-Digital and RRF programs. He also has led business development efforts with a demonstrated track record of successfully capitalizing on opportunities in the UK FTTP market and Project Gigabit over recent years.
