Thomas Hainzel, Head of Digital Industries Evolution & Partnerships at Nokia Cloud & Network Services, leads the incubation, development and lifecycle management of digital industries and vertical solution portfolios for enterprises. With his team he also manages the global ecosystem partners in industries such as automotive & road, manufacturing, transportation (rail, aviation, maritime, space), logistics & retail, energy, oil & gas, mining, public safety, and defense. In the past Thomas held various leadership, project management, sales and business development roles at Nokia and A1 Telekom Austria. Based in Vienna/Austria, he comes with 13+ years of experience in the European telecommunications and enterprise market.

Now she is the Global Head of Marketing at Cellnex Telecom, where she is responsible for segment strategy and market positioning in all Cellnex geographies.

Olivier Wioland holds a Telecommunications Engineering degree from the Telecom Sud Paris and Specialized Master from Marne-La-Vallée University. He started his career as consultant for French and European telcos and regulation authorities. Then he joined Orange where he has been engaged with several Strategic and Product Marketing responsibilities addressing consumer and enterprise markets for Orange France and Orange Group Innovation Division. Today he is Mobile Network Marketing Director for the Smart Mobility Services Business Unit of Orange Business Services. He is driving activities to improve enterprise experience on the mobile network, including the introduction of 5G new technologies.
Pınar Köse Kulacz
Pınar Köse Kulacz, BSc in Computer Engineering ‘98 & MBA 2005, held various technical & business roles in ICT & Telecoms as a Professional and entrepreneur both in Turkey, Helsinki, and on project basis in various other regions. She also enjoyed NGO work in a few organizations both as mere volunteer and board member. Since her return to Istanbul, Turkey 6 years ago, she has been working in Arçelik Group holding various roles like IoT Program Manager, Digital Transformation Manager, Data & AI Manager and currently Innovation Director.
