Title: The World At Home: The Nokia Deepfield Network Intelligence Report 2020
Duration: 80 minutes
The COVID-19 pandemic uprooted our lives and changed the ways we use the internet – maybe forever.
Service providers saw tectonic changes to traffic patterns and volumes in their networks: traffic growths that normally happen in 12-18 months happened in a couple of weeks. The need to protect network infrastructure and services is more important than ever.
In this session, we'll share our findings of the pandemic's most significant outcomes on the internet and service provider networks. Our Nokia Deepfield expert team will take a deep dive into traffic patterns and volumes, and explore the network impact of video streaming, gaming, video conferencing and DDoS.
We'll show you how big data-driven network analytics can transform your network and service capabilities — and give you the confidence to keep innovating and delivering flawless service and loyalty-building customer experiences:
- We'll reveal new internet traffic patterns in 2020: What service providers saw (or missed).
- We'll venture beyond COVID-19 and share ideas on how to regain control of your networks and services with holistic network visibility.
- We'll tackle as many of your questions as we can in a live Q&A.
Bonus features: Go even deeper with Deepfield’s The World at Home series – a four-episode series of 30 min. dives into video streaming, gaming and more — dates and times to come.
