As a close follower of the global long haul microwave market, she has developed a deep knowledge of this segment, as well as microwave technology in general. Building on her physics degree, Elena has 20 years’ experience in microwave technology, spending 10 years in microwave device research before moving on to product management.

James Ries has 23 years of experience in the telecom industry with various roles in Research and Development and in Product Management in the Optics and X-Haul business. His focus today inside of X-Haul is primarily on the North American Market requirements, UBT Stand Alone, and WebCT interface global requirements. James graduated from Texas Tech University with a BS in Computer Science and currently serves on the Texas Tech Whitacre College of Engineering Deans Council. James is based out of the Nokia Dallas Texas office.
