Nokia is the leader in the microwave long-haul segment for 5G as well as private networks and has recently strengthened its Wavence portfolio with the addition of the Outdoor Combiner Module (OCM) for split or all outdoor solutions.

As a close follower of the global long haul microwave market, she has developed a deep knowledge of this segment, as well as microwave technology in general. Building on her physics degree, Elena has 20 years’ experience in microwave technology, spending 10 years in microwave device research before moving on to product management.

James graduated from Texas Tech University with a BS in Computer Science and currently serves on the Texas Tech Whitacre College of Engineering Deans Council. James is based out of the Nokia Dallas Texas office.
