Philippe Agard
Vice President, Public Safety and Defense Markets

Philippe Agard is currently Vice President of Public Safety and Defense Markets in Nokia since 2013. He also chaired the critical communications Broadband Industry Group (BIG), a The Critical Communications Association (TCCA), Working Group formed to encourage broadband vendor cooperation in the development of common global critical communications solutions. As such is member of TCCA board.

Philippe has spent his entire career within Alcatel, Alcatel-Lucent and now Nokia. He previously held several positions of director in Mobile Networks Business Group, Finance and Vertical Markets activities.

Kamal Ballout
Head of Enterprise MEA

Kamal Ballout leads all go-to-market (GTM) activities related to Energy, Government and Transportation MEA. He is also the Global Energy Head of Sales.

Prior to his role, Kamal was the Global Vice President, Energy Systems Integration Division for Alcatel-Lucent. Kamal has been working in the telecom and networking market for 20 years. He is an industry thought leader on Smart Grid communications solutions with numerous published articles in industry publications regarding Smart Grid challenges and solutions. Kamal holds a Computer Systems Engineering degree from Carleton University, Ottawa and an MBA from the University of Dallas.

Since joining the telecommunications industry in 2007, Hind has held a number of positions from wireless presales and bid management to business development and customer marketing, leading customer engagement for complex deals and helping actively drive revenue growth in the region. Hind holds an engineering degree in telecommunications from INPT Rabat.
