Tim’s career started in Financial Services, working in the trading and sales departments of Hambros Bank. From there, Tim joined Oracle Corporation, managing large scale enterprise transformations with special focus on the non-IT factors that can affect transformation success. Tim joined Portal Software in 2004, working as part of the global account team for Vodafone. Oracle’s acquisition of Portal software saw the creation of Oracle’s Communications Global Business Unit, where Tim headed the global account team for Vodafone. Peter was sponsored by BT to study Electronic Engineering at Northumbria University . Following his studies Peter worked in the area of Public Network Management and Surveillance seconded to a BT HQ unit. On leaving BT he worked with various companies in the field of Network Configuration and Management. These included Mentor Graphics, NEC, and TSB international, holding various roles in Product and Marketing Management in the UK, North America and APAC. Peter joined Comptel in 2011 and after successfully building a world class alliances team, moved to Dallas to head up Comptel's North America business. Following Nokia's acquisition of Comptel Peter relocated back to the UK and now runs Nokia Software's business with key Strategic Partners in Consulting and Systems Integration. In his spare time Peter is a Coastguard Rescue Officer in his home area of Mevagissey, Cornwall and enjoys distance running, having completed many & and full Marathons
