Kris is a Lead Analyst with Ovum and a member of the Intelligent Networks team. His main areas of expertise include vendor strategy, managed services, global services, operations transformation, CEM, network analytics, and network optimization. Kris also follows developments in a wide range of associated ICT areas, such as Big Data, network and customer data management, support systems, and network sharing, from both a technology and business strategy perspective. Kris is actively involved in Ovum's consulting business and has worked on projects with a broad range of ICT industry clients. He regularly speaks at and chairs global industry conferences, conducts briefing sessions and workshops with operators and vendors, is a regular industry commentator and a GSMA Global Mobile Awards judge.
Matt leads the Transformation Consulting business within Nokia Mobile Networks. He has been involved in professional services since joining Nokia in 2010. In that time has been involved in the creation of new professional services around cloud and network virtualisation, and further back in CEM. Before Nokia he spent 8 years in a UK mobile operator, leading the introduction of several innovative services and propositions, including the first open internet offering for smartphones in the UK. He experienced the introduction of GPRS and 3G services from the marketing perspective. His background before that included IT consulting in a variety of industries, and the introduction of ERP and CRM platforms, and the early adoption of Internet as an interaction channel for customers.
Jai spearheads Nokia’s marketing activities in the area of Systems Integration and cloud services. He views cloud as the game changer in the connected world and drives evolution towards Internet of Things and 5G. He holds an MBA in strategy and marketing from Manchester Business School and has held various consulting and marketing positions.
