This market study presents the impact of five key policy measures of government-driven national broadband plan in 35 countries across the world. The aim is to better understand which initiatives really make a difference and how, the efficiency of each policy – public investment in backbone and aggregation, in access network, regulatory framework for infrastructure sharing and facilitating FTTx roll-out, and inclusive/social offers.
